Mercure Living Putrajaya

Bit smelly, probably water not proper drainage outlet.

Unit 2801 not feel confertable because feel bad aura. Hunted but we manage it.

the breakfast & location also room

The hotel offers a highly convenient location and provides a pleasant and comfortable stay. Some rooms include washing machines and kitchenettes, ideal for long stays. Breakfast delicious and varied, with options like hotpot and Asian cuisine. Spacious apartments and amenities suitable for children.

Nil.

excellent location. next to Alamanda and inside Menara Shaftbury with a convenience store, supermarket, a few eating places, & coffee joints including McD and Starbucks kiosk. the 2-bedroom apartment is beautiful complete with big fridge, induction stove, microwave, 2-in-1 washing machine/dryer (this is a BIG plus!), filtered water dispenser. super efficient aircon and fast wi-fi, high pressure shower, smart TV with many movies channels. the housekeeping staff is very helpful. smooth check-in and check-out. super huge (the biggest i have seen EVER!) infinity pool at the 3rd floor which is open until 10 pm!! this is great! 24-hour gym accessible by guest card. there is also sauna and steam room (but steam room not working during stay. should fix this). also i love the lobby coffee lounge!

induction stove, microwave oven and washing machine/dryer did not have any user guide. i only managed to figure out how to use the washine machine/dryer and microwave oven on my own, in part by trial and error. for the life of me, i could not find the way to make the induction stove work. please address this shortcoming. otherwise these appliances are of no use to guests! one more pont - i did not quite like the ambience at the hotel lobby. it seems there are a big crowd/many people around most of the time - i felt less privacy. i guess this cannot be helped since the hotel in inside a building shared with other commercial businesses.

Location, breakfast and connected to mall

Superb facilities and room

Just my 2-cent… The Volcano staff should be alert on used plates for collection. Foods are great.

I think this is my second or third stay at the property, and I must say I really enjoy staying here. Its comfortable room and strategic location are the things that made this hotel my first choice whenever I needed to stay in Putrajaya for businesses. It also helps that there is a shopping mall just opposite the hotel so I can always go there to wind day after a long day of business.

Good locations next to Amanda shopping mall, I got late checkout and staff was friendly, free parking

The Smallest plate by mistake damaged and they charged me 20 MYR.

good breakfast and good location.

room a bit smelly.

The room was very spacious. The location was convenient - Allamanda Mall is just across the street. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing in particular.

The location, internet, 2 sets of TV's, comfortable bed, kitchen and Induction cooker, washing machine and dryer, spacious wading pool for kids and good main pool

Our room facing the road has noise from the nearby roads until 12 - 1 pm, dishwasher liquid is no longer free so we need to buy ourselves. But other than that it is very comfortable and I enjoy staying for family

The location is good and they also have very good facilities for comfortable and long stay. My room has automatic washing machine, electric stove, cooking utensils, and fridge. My who experience was good. Very good.

Spacious suite, clean and very relaxing place

Comfy

Table and kitchen cleanliness was bad. Stain all over and looks like not being wipe clean

Walking distance to the mall

A bit old. Drain smell in the bathroom. Windows are dirty and spoil the view. Dish soap and laundry not provided and volcano breakfast selection is average.

Big apartment, very clean, friendly staffs & many more to mention.

My short stay

Good location. There are food shops downstair and near to Alamanda Mall

A bit expensive.

2nd time staying at this hotel and they did improved on their cleaniless. Really love the privacy as well.

It's a good stay!

Location was superbGood facilities Allowed us early check in Spacious apartment

The air conditioning wasn’t sufficient for the size of the apartment, so it felt a bit warm.
